R&D Chemist – Leather Chemicals Division
Position: Research & Development Chemist
Experience: 1–3 years (Freshers with strong academic background may also apply)
Location: Kanpur Nagar, Uttar Pradesh
Minimum Qualification Requirement : B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry, or Chemical Engineering
Job Description: Responsible for formulation development, testing, and performance optimization of leather chemicals such as binders, wax emulsions, and syntans. Collaborate with the R&D team to develop eco-friendly and high-performance products aligned with international standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and improve formulations for leather finishing and treatment products.
- Conduct lab-scale and pilot-scale trials with detailed reporting.
- Ensure quality consistency and compliance with environmental norms.
- Support product scale-up in collaboration with production teams.
Soft Skills: Analytical mindset, teamwork, curiosity for innovation, and ability to document findings clearly.
