ECOFINISH F

ECOFINISH F is a clear, colorless, transparent solvent lacquer based on Nitrocellulose mainly used for leather to be milled.
Properties

APPEARANCE    :: Viscous Yellowish Liquid
DRY CONTENT  :: 18 ± 2%
SENSITIVITY TO FROST :: Keep away from freezing
STORAGE STABILITY :: 180 days.
FLASH POINT :: More than 35°C
SPECIFIC GRAVITY  :: 0.950 ± 0.05
VISCOSITY    :: As Measured by the Ford Cup No 4 FC/4 -7min 25 sec at 28° C
FILM PROPERTIES :: Med-Gloss, Soft
COMPATABILITY :: It is dyed with our ECOSET range of dyes.  It can be blended with ECOFINISH IFM-100 to get intermediate Gloss.
DILUENTS  :: Thinner

Uses

- ECOFINISH F is clear, colorless top fixing agent mainly used for the leather to be milled.

- It can be embossed and behave well to dry drumming. 

- Leathered finished with ECOFINISH F can be ironed in Finiflex machine & can withstand dry-drumming for about 12 hr depending upon the season composition.

- It has excellent fastness properties dry as well as wet rubs and produces a good handle.

Application

Dilute 1 : 1 ½  or 1 : 2 with Thinner to get optimum result.
