ECOFINISH MLE-18 is a clear, colorless, matt emulsion lacquer based on Nitrocellulose.

DRY CONTENT	::	18 ± 2 %
SPECIFIC GRAVITY	::	0.98 ± 0.5
VISCOSITY	::	As Measured by the Ford Cup No 4 FC/4-1min 15sec(at 28°C)
FILM PROPERTIES	::	Medium gloss, medium hard
COMPATABILITY	::	It is dyed with our ECOSET range of dyes. It is compatible with ECOFINISH CHN, DK-15, DK-16 etc. to get intermediate gloss and to modify touch it can be mixed with our ECOFEEL series. It can also be crosslinked with a crosslinker.
DILUENTS	::	Water, Ethyl Glycol etc.
SENSITIVITY TO FROST	::	Keep away from Freezing
ELECTROLYTE STABILITY	::	Excellent
FLASH POINT	::	More than 70°C

Uses

- ECOFINISH MLE-18 produces medium hard dry & matt film that can be used as an intermediate or final fixing agent.

- It can be embossed & behave well to dry drumming.

- It has good fastness properties and produces a good handle.

- ECOFINISH MLE-18 is highly heat resistant.

- Can be blended with our range of emulsion lacquer to get the intermediate result

Application

Dilute 2:1 or 1:1 with water to get optimum result
