ECOFINISH CHN is an emulsion lacquer that is diluatable in water. It is non-thermoplastic top fixing agent with high elasticity, high gloss outstanding fastness properties.

APPEARANCE    :: Milky White Emulsion
DRY CONTENT   :: 18 ± 2%
SPECIFIC GRAVITY   :: 0.99 ± 0.5
VISCOSITY      :: As Measured by the Ford Cup No 4 FC/4-1 min 5 sec(at 30°C)
FILM PROPERTIES :: Very Bright, Medium Hard
COMPATABILITY    ::

It is dyed with our ECOSET range of dyes. It is compatible with ECOFINISH DK-15, DK-16, MLE-

18 to get intermediate gloss and to modify touch, it can be mixed with our ECOFEEL series. It can also be crosslinked with a crosslinker.
DILUENTS    :: Water, Ethyl Glycol etc
SENSITIVITY TO FROST :: Keep away from Freezing          
ELECTROLYTE STABILITY :: Excellent
FLASH POINT :: More than 65°C
STORAGE STABILITY :: 180 days

Uses

- ECOFINISH CHN is an intermediate or top-fixing agent.
                                   
- It is highly elastic, produces a bright and transparent film.
                                   
- It produces a fine grain break and produces a natural handle.
                                   
- It can be embossed and can be dry drummed.
                                   
- It has excellent fastness to wet & dry rubbing.
                                   
- It is highly heat resistant.                                        
                                   
- ECOFINISH CHN provides excellent adhesion to the conventional polymerizate finishes.
                                   
- ECOFINISH CHN is best suited as top fixing agent for full grain article such as:

Application

ECOFINISH CHN can be mixed with water in any proportion
                                               
Spray wetly 2:1 or1:1 to get optimum result.
