ECORYL BINDER OSM is a med- soft, anionic polymerizate binder based on acrylic copolymer having self-crosslinking property with a wide range of application. Mainly used in the general plated resin finishes as a binder for the bottom & the intermediate coats.

COMPATIBILITY :: ECORYL BINDER OSM is compatible with all the anionic as well as nonionic finishing product& can combine with at any proportion.

RESIDUAL FREE  MONOMER :: NIL
FREEZE-THAW STABILITY :: Best at -10 to 25°C
STORAGE STABILITY :: At least 180 days

Uses

- ECORYL BINDER OSM is med-soft binder with crosslinking property mainly used for general plated resin finishes to produce glossy transparent film. 

- ECORYL BINDER OSM has excellent surface build up & surface evenness.

- It has outstanding flow properties that allows the prefect application by padding, air or airless spraying as well as the surface coating machine’s

- It has very good adhesion, wet rub fastness & resistance to swelling by water

- Resistance to the solvent can be obtained by the use of the other finishing aux.

- ECORYL BINDER OSM has good stability towards electrolyte.

- Fastness to ACETONE is moderately good.

- ECORYL BINDER OSM has vast range of application from soft supple nappa to durable shoe upper.
