ECORYL BINDER OS is a soft, anionic polymerizate binder based on acrylic copolymer. Mainly used in the general plated resin finishes as a binder for the bottom & the intermediate coats.

SOLVENT TOLERANCE :: Very Good
COMPATIBILITY :: ECORYL BINDER OS is compatible with all the anionic as well as nonionic finishing product & can combine with at any proportion.
THICKENING WITH AMMONIA :: Slight thickening
RESIDUAL FREE  MONOMER :: NIL
FREEZE-THAW STABILITY :: Best at -10 to 25°C
STORAGE STABILITY :: At least 180 days

Uses

- ECORYL BINDER OS is soft binder with very fine uniform particle distribution mainly used for general plated resin finishes to produce glossy transparent film.

- It is a soft binder with low tackiness, excellent gloss, filling, anchorage & possesses excellent fastness properties.

- ECORYL BINDER OS has moderate to good surface build up & surface evenness.

- It has outstanding flow properties that allows the prefect application by padding, air or airless spraying as well as the surface coating machine’s
                                               
- ECORYL BINDER OS has outstanding adhesion properties.

- It has very good wet rub fastness & resistance to swelling by water.
